uncanny resemblance to the drop-chipmunk in the wildlife thread

These are Jump Up Chipmunks (tamias bounci). They look very similar, but unless cornered, this species is relatively docile. Of course, they are at least as docile as a wild animal can be. They have been named 'Jump Up Chipmunks' because they like to jump up on things and stare at you until you bring them nuts.

Looks like the 18cm minimum focus distance of the 14mm is serving you well there! I'd love to see what you'd get with the Samyang 7.5mm fisheye! :laugh1:
