There's a thread for green, orange and pink. But none so far for red, the colour that has the deepest impact on people.
So let's get started with it. Red as the dominant colour. Recognizable signs of composition appreciated.

They are 3-4 red balloons tied to a metal pole @Walter

So at least I was right with the metal pole. I thought of the top of a sun umbrella with the form of petals of a blossom.
