Some recent pro bono work (technically, I've never had a paying gig yet. :frown:) with my X-E1. I forgot to bring the batteries for my EF-42 flash (left them charging at home) so had to resort to ISO 3200 for these shots. The IQ from the Fuji X trans sensor never ceases to amaze me. Color reproduction is wonderful and the b&w images are a joy to look at.

I used to think Fuji was M43 competition. It isn't, they are hanging by a thread just the same. With there own set of postive and negative parameters. It will be interesting to see once the full frame for the masses foot drops where everything pans out. Is Fuji small enough to take the fight in that direction? Can it's sensors keep up?

Had a few days in North Wales over the weekend. It rained incessantly for three days. Got a handful of snaps during the one hour break from the deluge when the clouds broke and we had some blue sky. Followed by a lovely sunset.

With V2 firmware. Not that you'd be able to tell!

Thanks! The color rendering out of the SLR Magic 23mm is very film like indeed - I love that little lens!
I PP with VSCO in LR so that could also be where your feeling is coming from :)

Halloween 2013 in SoCal.

Took out the X100S tonight to test out it's low light capability. Missed a few focus, but mostly because it was just too dark at times... Nonetheless, I am pretty impressed.

This is the famous LMFAO Halloween house in Youtube. Search for the video. It's pretty awesome.
