Weird signage, only direction is right when there is also a road going straight.

Taz how are you liking the 60? I was eyeing it but also considering waiting for the 53/1.4 that is supposed to be coming out soon-ish.

I tend to only use the 60/2.4 for photo shoots! I love the lens, but sometimes it's a bit too sharp, requiring lots of blemish removal post.

Thankfully, my friend's skin is flawless!

I can't wait for the new lens, if I remember correctly, it's a 1.2 lens!! 56/1.2!!

 I am waiting on the 23mm f/1.4 as I find the 35mm FL on crop a bit too tight

At the moment I'll stick to zooms with the Fuji though

Funny enough, I'm selling the 18-55 kit that comes with the X-E1 because I just can't get my head around using zooms. It's just so un-natural to me.
So far I have the Rokinon 8mm FE, the 35mm, and will be getting the 56 or 60mm.

That was me too, I just could not get into using the kit zoom. Almost sold my 18-55, but the 55-200 sort of changed my mind about zooms on the Fuji so I'm trying to give it another try

Yeah so I have it down to only the 35mm and 8mm FE now.
Sold the 18-55 but need something on the longer end.
I am now debating between the 60mm or the 55-200mm.
I will mainly use it for portraits but wondering if maybe the 55-200 might be a better overall buy.

Had the X100 for a week and it's a very steep learning curve! Thankfully the forums are full of tips on how to tame this beast. I have to say I've struggled with the auto focus at times but it can be a very rewarding camera. Perhaps I've been spoiled by the lightening AF on my G3 and EPM1. Despite the niggles I just want to keep using it.

A couple of these shots have more noise than they should. I had DR set to auto with the intention of not using the RAW files. So some were very underexposed when importing into Lightroom. You live and learn.

As a stay at home Dad, this is pretty much all I get to photograph

Those are great shots! She's a beautiful model :)
Looks like you're already doing quite well with the X100!
