I'm kind of a beginner and this was my first time out with my new G9. Let's just say that maybe I still get a bit too focused on getting a well framed photo to check all the settings But thanks for the reminder, it can only get better from here on!

Still working on the technical aspects. And trying to find a style, as it were.

We called them butcher boys (Queensland) when I was about eight.

Been around for hundreds of millions of years. Puts humans in our proper place - humility ...

Interesting. Further research indicates woodlice are crustaceans.
