A beautiful red one buzzed me and settled on my head yesterday evening just to wind me up. Never managed to get a picture of a dragonfly in my garden.

Out for a stroll looking for birds this morning with the Oly 75-300. No luck, but did see this damsel fly.
I believe it to be a Beautiful Demoiselle ( common name ) or calopteryx virgo. The image is uncropped.
