It's feeding time. Everywhere you look you see busy parents. That's a very common Cardinal male catching worms in my backyard. Picture was taken some days ago in Charleston South Carolina.

Its not the portrait frame but still i love such frames to capture while the group is in motion doing acrobat on edge of water to land.

@SteveAdler - I went out and tried the 50-200 2.8-3.5 again with swallows, this time with the EC-14. So many shots were almost in focus, but I got lucky on focus a few times!

Not my usual genre - bird photography. But I caught these Herons yesterday in a nesting reserve in Stockholm and quite like them. G9,40-150 f2.8 + tc1.4. DXO Deep Prime has had a bit of fun on a couple. And some are possibly oversharpened ...... But maybe intersting to see what the underside of a heron looks like for those interested
