Nice. Thanks for sharing. Would like to see 3 at a wider angle. Maybe with the 7-14mm or with the Samyang fisheye. Btw, You should get your own OMD so that you not missing out any day-to-day shots :) (Not sure why this thread has not attract more comments.)
  3. Thank you both. To be honest I'm currently looking for a second hand OM-D
Here are a few more shots :

    14-42 at 14mm - f/6.3 at iso 200

    20mm - f/2.0 at iso 200

    14-42 at 14mm - f/6.3 at iso 200 (the 9-18 or 7-14 would have been amazing !)

Nice. OK. I'll head over to Sevilla too. I'll see if I can take some of the same shots with my RX100 for comparison.

So I went over to Sevilla this afternoon and took this shot. I really should have printed out a copy of your picture. I did it from memory and didn't get the FOV or angle right. It was also at a different time of day. Yours looks like it's from the morning. Mine is from the late afternoon and is kind of backlit. I'll try again tomorrow morning.

I just noticed some of your other shots. I think I coincidentally took a few of the same things while trying to find the cathedral this afternoon.

Overall, the colors in your shots are more saturated. Did you do any post processing? Mine are JPEGS SOC except for a resize.
  9. That's funny !
As far as I remember I shot the cathedral and horses when we were looking for a restaurant, more or less at 3 o'clock ;-) I have to check the exif data to be sure.
Regarding colors, first we visited Sevilla a month ago and light probably changed a lot since then. Secondly I always shot using raw files + LR processing, that might be the other part of the color difference (?) By the way the friend whom I borrowed the OM-D told me the colors from Sevilla shots were very nice...

edit : shot was taken at 12h30 (10h30 sun time !)

I'm in the Alacazar right now trying to get that gold celing shot. I'm dizzy and nauseous from looking up all the time. Curse you Sony engineers for not putting a tilt screen on the RX100!

I've gotten into the habit of shooting raw + jpeg + bracketing. Ends up being about 75MB per shot. That and the increased resolution chews right through a memory card. I just checked the amount of memory I used in 2002. It was 51mb for the whole year. So far this year I'm at 106GB.

Here's some more tower shots. One from this morning at around 11am, so closer to your lighting. The other from last night at around 10pm.

Here's a shot of the gold dome. The framing is completely off. By that time, I was kind of over looking up and was spraying and praying without the viewfinder.
