    Hi all,

I got my E-M5 a couple of days ago and have been playing with it a bit. As i'm new to Olympus i'm a bit overwhelmed with the options available in the menu.

Which settings are you guys changing from default and which functions you're giving the function buttons?

I know it depends on personal preference and what you're shooting but I just want to have a starting point.

    Many thanks,

Can you be more specific about what you're shooting?
Indoor or outdoor? Cloudy or Sunny? Jpeg or Raw? Stills or Movies?

If you're really just looking for a starting point, this post is pretty good (scroll about halfway down for settings):

Personally I don't have all my settings the same as his (I'm still experimenting to find the perfect setup), but this is a good place to start.

I don't have the EM5 yet, but I usually use the camera's default settings as a starting point. Then use it for a while and see what I'd like to change.
