Sure is. That might be the best deal going in Micro Four Thirds right now. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving, Armando!

That's Panacam, it'll be an import from somewhere in Asia. You might have to pay import taxes.

Nowthe question is, do I buy the kit lens or not for the EPM2? For only $50 more, I'm tempted.

    Why?

Why? VAT, tariffs? I noticed this about all consumer goods in UK. We will be there eventually.

My free membership to this site has already saved me several hundred dollars. Got some Christmas presents taken care of, thanks to this thread. Oldest son wants a DSLR type camera--that G3 should fill the bill. Oldest daughter and her hubby want a high quality point and shoot to take pics of our new grandson and that LX7 will be perfect. Thanks for the tips, Amin!

Up $50 to $1049 now, with a handful left. I grabbed one to consolidate some lenses (see, I bought it for practical reasons!).

    Great finds - Many thanks!

    Dear Amin,

Thank you very much for posting this! You spotted some real bargains and made my Christmas shopping a lot easier. I hope this kind service becomes an annual feature!

I ordered the $300 Panasonic G3 kit from B&H on black Friday, Nov 23, and it arrived here in perfect shape on the following Tuesday. (I have always had good experience when dealing with B&H.) I was planning to buy my daughter a Canon G-12 for Christmas based on a friend's excellent experience. (B&H offered them at $300 for a short while.) However, the G3 with 14-42 mm kit zoom seemed a far better buy - I'm still in love with the used G1 I bought through this forum over a year and a half ago.

    With best regards,

    George

    Not Such Good Service

    BE WARNED!

I "bought" the B&H G3 on sale as a gift for another.

I received no electronic receipt or email notification. I called their 800 number and was not attended. I emailed the firm and received no response.

Outside of going on line to check my credit card charges, I have no idea if the order was processed and no other way to check.

I had no other choice but order something from another party.

If the B&H order does process, it will have to be returned...more garbage to deal with.

This would never happen doing business with Zappos.

    BE WARNED!

B&H has an awesome track record, and they do whatever they can to make things right on the rare occasional mistake. Buy from them with confidence.

I have no reason to doubt you, save this one mess.

It will be interesting to see how this goes. I will let you know what happens.

I know they do not charge until the item is billed to ship, but that is of small consolation...moreover, I understand glitches happen, but at this point, I am a 3-way loser.

I am not much of a blamer, but I do remember problems.
