Santa Maria del Mar (St. Mary of the Sea) is a tiny village and bay about 5 miles down the coast from me - and as it was such a beautiful afternoon ...

This gentleman appeared to give a bit of life and colour to the scene.

This is part of the 'Senda del Norte' (The North Path), a cycle and walking path built along the coast in Asturias.

While I was walking around a plane landed at the nearby airport.

Thanks Bill. I use a free programme called Photoscape which gives you a choice of about 160 different frames. Personally I prefer simple. It also has a batch editor so you can frame a lot at the same time.
Yes Bill, you should really consider a trip down here along the Atlantic coast - very different from the Bordeaux area.

Beautiful pics, reminds me of the old Victor Manuel song to Asturias '...verde de montes, y negra de minerales', indeed. He just forgot the beautiful blues...
