which one is better? my lineup is pany 20, oly60 and 40-150. first option the fisheye is cheaper and i can always use photoshop to defish the images plus the oly 45
second option the just the 9-18...

and you an also can give fish eye effect with 9-18 shots :)
and also dont forget that you can attact filters on 9-18...
if i were you i prefer 9-18 for its ultra wide and wide angle. perfect for street and landscapes.
if you have cash go for 9-18.. you can get cheap 7,5 fisheye later

Do you want a fisheye or a rectilinear lens? That's the basic question.

i want a wide angled lens, but i was wondering if the image quality of a defished fisheye is good enough so i can save cash, or if the quality of the 9-18 is far better so i can just saveup and buy that=)

I have been looking into these lenses too. The Oly is 380Euro's here atm, the Samyang/Rokinon 320.. Makes the choice rather easy...

    Edit/ "Here" is the Netherlands.

The Samyang Fisheye is one of my favorite lenses. When I travel and do daytime or night street photography it is on my OM-D and the P20 is in a pocket. The fisheye needs almost no focusing since the maximum focus distance before infinity is .35 meters. I just leave it on infinity and change the f-stop a bit. It is the sharpest lens I own and the depth of field is staggering at f5.6 to f11.

    Love this lens.

as you can see in the link posted by christofp, the fisheye is a lot wider than the 9-18, but it always need to be defished

here the samyang is around 311 us dollars and the oly is 634. the price diff is more than half. so i think i might stick with samyang instead.

I have the Oly 9-18 and love the lens think it gets the most use of all my lenses. For the most part is wide enough for me. I have been tempted to get the fisheye and still might at some point just keep checking on ebay see if I can pick one up cheap second hand.

I decided to go with fewer lens changes (the 9-18 covers UWA through "slightly" WA), not needing to de-fish, and being able to use a polarizer. I already had a DMW-MA1 sitting around, so I got a used four-thirds 9-18 for about $120 more than the Samyang. Still more expensive, but a lot more flexible for my purposes.
