Roz, G3, 6400 ISO

    Here's a shot of Roz inside under room lighting. G3, PL 20, 1/50sec, f3.5, ISO 6400, RAW processed in LR3, not bad for 6400 ISO, very little noise reduction needed.

    Nice shot, of a nice dog. Nice high ISO too.

    6400? Wow...several stops further than I would even consider. That G3 is impressive.

    Thats damn impressive for 6400iso, and a nice shot anyway!

    Just a suggestion for shooting at these kind of sensitivities - if you're shooting RAW, a good way to get a little extra out of the file it to compress the shadows in the Red Channel (perhaps a little in the Blue Channel as well), using the Levels adjustment.

    This would make the slight colouration you can see in her(?) back and ears disappear :wink:
