Just got my 50mm 1.7 ROKKOR - X MC mount lens with the UV-Haze filter. First of all I want to give credit to the person who suggested I purchase a ROKKOR - X, becuase without thier suggestion i would never have unlock this gem of a lens. As many of you know by now I have had focus/sharpness issues with some of my lenses. I can now say that it was the lenses and not my focusing skills.

Excellent mate, now we mean business. I have a bunch of Rokkors and they are incredible. You can be proud of your pictures now- they're way better.
    Thanks for showing

The bokeh works nicely on the 4 photo. Was this wide open at f1.7?

Yes it was, but there was also a small desk lamp to the left of the bookcase.
