I decided to take some photos of the "super moon" last night. I figured a really quick and easy way to focus the lens was to set it to manual focus and then turn the camera power off and back on again. Since I set "Reset Lens" (custom menu A) to On, this is supposed to reset the lens to infinity at every power cycle. However while this did reset the focus to a different point; it was not focused on the moon (which I figure is as close to infinity as I'm likely to get). It's not a huge deal and I love my E-M5 in every other way. I'm just wondering if I'm missing something or if this is a common problem. Either way, I'll live with it. If it matters, I was using my Oly 40-150R lens (the longest FL I own).
