Make sure to update your software. You need LR 4.3 for the e-pm2

Probably the JPEGs work but the ORFs (RAW) don't. You also need to update Adobe Camera RAW (separate from Lightroom) to the current version.

LR has its own ACR built in. LR4.4 is latest vetsion, so you're all set. If you're using CS6, you should upgrade ACR to latest version. I use CS5 and LR4.4, but I import to LR and let it render PSD files for use in CS5.

In Photoshop, go to the 'Photoshop' menu, select 'About Plug-in' -> 'Camera Raw'. What version does it say?

Do the files open with other software like Olympus Viewer? If not, the files themselves may be corrupted. Otherwise, it sounds like it's time to reinstall CS6.

After re-installing PS/CS6 be sure to check the ACR version. The ACR might be overwritten by an earlier one in the PS installer. re-upgrade the ACR if necessary. If it still fails, delete ACR from the PS installation, boot PS to confirm there is no ACR, and then reinstall the newest version using a newly downloaded file.
