    The rains brought respite from the mad heat, the insects responded well too, quite a few decent sightings over the weekend

    Non-biting midge,Chironomidae male with it's plumose antennae

    Olympus OMD EM-10 M2, Olympus 60mm macro (some with a Raynox DCR-250 attached), godox TT 350O with a simple DIY diffuser
