Endless as it seemed, the rain was huge yesterday.

    Prompt solution for dinner:

And a good solution it was. Here the tamer of the zucchini:

So this morning, rain or not, I headed for the door and onto the tiny train westwards

And in Florence, on to S. Lorenzo and the Market

Out, sun greeting everyone, and a little moment in the square

    You know what's our target:

Before reaching it, strange creatures start appearing

Around the Duomo, it seems that everyone is carrying one or more cameras.
    Some with new urgency:

    Some are unconvinced. As always.

Then an ice cream, and the Signoria:

Then five minutes in Orsanmichele, marvel again.

And the way back, to sit in front of the Duomo and enjoy those looks.

Then, books, food, chat, train, back.
    And here I am.

Great set, Alf. Always a pleasure. Especially like the market shots - great color and lots of interesting minutia.

Very nice set! I also love the market shots, and the one of the street.

I love the B+W portraits. You've been asked already, but what lenses are you using.

Isn't the Domo amazing, did you go to the top?

Uh, it's all in the exif. You can see it in the original on Flickr, and each pic is also tagged.
Most pics made with 45/1,8 and the rest with the 20/1,7 and the 14-42mkII kit lens for the wide.
