Putting Pics on a Hard-drive:-)

    Yeah, i know what you mean Lisa. I am a curious bloke and i have tried that before. I wanted to see how long it would run without the lid on the HDD.So i got an old desktop computer and i had it running on the bench and took the HDD out and unscrewed the top (all while it was running). It ran for about 4 mins than just went HMMMmmmmmm, and died. I'm thinking the moisture must really affect the disks. We do have clean air but i sneezed at the time and i think that was the decider :) 

    Thanks Brian. I was pulling about 5 HDD's apart for the model engine i'm making and it gave me the idea to try and take a picture of my reflection. Except the lens had trouble focussing on the reflection and the HDD at the same time. Manual focus did the trick.
