Hello, How are you? So, after much and much debate on the forums and some big mental debate on my part on which telephoto to get, I pulled the trigger on a 100-300 from Panasonic. Got my hands on the lens today. After unboxing it, I assembled it on my small E-PL2. My first impression is that the lens is lighter than in seems. The balance on the E-PL2 is not that weird. The hood fits in place firmly. The zoom ring is smooth and the lens doesn't extend when the camera is facing down. Here is the lens on my E-PL2.
