    Our contacts at Panasonic have asked me to share the following information:

    1. Panasonic employees actively monitor the Panasonic section of so that they can be proactive in dealing with initial reports of new problems, service issues, etc.

    2. When posting about any problem with Panasonic gear, please enable (check) "Receive Email from Other Members" in your General Settings so that a Panasonic representative can contact you and provide help.

    3. If you do not reside in the US, please indicate your location so that the issue can be forwarded to the person responsible for that region.

    Please understand that this will not be a "general Q&A to Panasonic" service, but rather a means for Panasonic to respond quickly to any new and critical situations which may arise and to contact the affected customers. Customers with general questions are still advised to contact us through their call center: (800) 211-7262 (PANA)

    Lastly, please do not contact me (PM, email, etc) to ask for assistance in contacting Panasonic about any issue.
