I reside in a small town.

We lost our film/digital print processor.

I used to take selected pics on disk to have processed. The firm would process to custom up to 36 inches x whatever length.

Typical prints were 5x7, 8x10, etc...but did some larger prints on occasion.

Any suggestions as to who might do large (say 24-inch) and the more common prints?

What is recommended for home print making?

I've been very happy with mpix.com for a number of years now.
For home printing, any higher-end model from Epson or Canon will produce great results, but require some time and effort to get it right. And ink is very expensive. I prefer Epson, but Canon's are just as good.
