This is a question regarding imaging posting in this forum. I'm sure there's a simple answer out there.

Can anyone tell me how to post a link to an image which is stored/synchronized on Dropbox? That is where I keep lower-resolution images; it's handy for looking at them quickly on my phone.

I have been posting images by uploading them to mu-43, then choosing the "Insert Inline" option. But this takes a while, and before long my allotted space will be taken. I do not use Flickr or other similar services. Thanks.

photos in the 'Public' folder. replaced the https with http and it worked fine. also change the prefix to dl.dropboxusercontent

    Probably an easier way...

You are correct, and thanks. Got to use the Public folder. This takes you to my Dropbox image:

If you just paste the link, you get a link visible. It inserts "url" in square brackets before and after the link).
If you paste after clicking the "Insert Image" icon at the top of this dialog box, you get the image visible. (It inserts [IMG] after the link) You'd think I would have known that by now.
