Thank you as usual for your variety of entries.

My 1-2-3 : Purely personal opinion - well, with some extra help from my daughter.

The "light touch" wins today so 1st goes to @WhidbeyLVR
Reasoning behind decision is: Sharpened, but not over sharpened; colour balance looks appropriate for mid-afternoon, so warmed, but not too much: cloning stuff out, but not just for the sake of it; highlights and shadows controlled etc etc.

For anyone struggling with colour balance, there is a well lit mid-grey patch on the red narrow boat. Picking as a 'neutral target' in Lightroom/ACR or similar will get you pretty close with a single click. Has to be well lit for this to work, don't choose cast shadows such as the roof above Lizzie B or the satellite dishes as they will often contain a lot of blue.

(Just one thing though, I'm known to be a warm printer lol).
