    I'm not sure what you were going for with the processing...it kinda looks like unevenly exposed or developed film...not sure it works for me. It's a cool street scene though, for sure. The girl in the middle kinda stands out and I can't figure out why.

    The girl in the center is definitely the focal point in this picture. I find it quite interesting!

    I agree with Frigidlight, the processing seems uneven. I remember doing this in my film days.
    Otherwise, it's a nice image; lots of stuff going on in there
