Will the pocket wizard system work with the Olympus OMD EM5? If so, are there limitations?

A pocket Wizard set up can offer 3 different types of operation.

    1) Remote firing of studio strobes or speed-lights (in manual mode) which your EM5 can use.

    2) Remote firing of speed-lights in TTL mode which is currently only available for Canon and Nikon systems.

    3) Remote firing of your camera via a dedicated camera cord. At this time, PW does not offer such a cable for the OMD EM5.

The Vello FreeWave Fusion Wireless Remote Control system works with a wide variety of camera models just by swapping out the camera release cable. This B&H Kit adds the necessary cable to support the shutter release function with Olympus mirrorless series cameras.

The FreeWave Fusion is a versatile, reliable remote control kit that will trigger off-camera flash units and studio lights from up to 300 feet away. It can be used to configure up to three different light groups, which can be triggered individually or simultaneously, for a total of seven different combinations, using its multiple groups feature.
