I was jealous of all these excotic berries and plants people can shoot till I realized that the plain old forest next door is just as excotic as it gets for most of you 😁

Can one of you identify this leaf? Looks like a tree, there are thousands of them in this field and a long the road, from very small to 15' or so high. They change color late and in phases. This is cross posted to the autumn color thread where there's a shot of some in a landscape. You can see how most of the trees have already dropped their leaves but these hang on. You can also see the very small ones all over the foreground are orange. In other shots some of the larger ones are still green.
