    For some reason every picture that I take ( on my E-PL 1) I have the same pink and green pixels-in the same location.

    They are not supposed to be there!!
    They are not "huge", but they sure do get annoying.

    I just bought the camera about 15 days ago, should i consider exchanging it for a new one? I am thinking that it is a sensor issue. Is there a fix to this problem?

    I think what you want is the pixel mapping option.

    MENU -> Gears -> I (Utility) -> PIXEL MAPPING

    You need the advanced menu active, to activate that use
    MENU -> Wrench -> Menu Display "on"

    see if that helps.

    Edit : oh whoops that's for my e-p1, check your manual for how to pixel map your e-pl1

    If that is not the problem, look really closely at your sensor. Maybe there's dust on it. Reseat the lens and turn the camera on.. it should do the "sensor cleaning" action that way, and could rid your problem.
