Pictures loading in a jumping fashion

Not sure if i saw something about this but i cant find it now,on a picture heavy thread as i scroll down the pictures are not all loaded and when they do load the page jumps up and down.
Did i see a setting mentioned to stop this.

I've now changed lazy loading back to off by default. Those who have it set to Yes will continue to have lazy loading. Everyone else should not.
