I often shoot kids sports and I need a super zoom to get close to the action from the sidelines. I've been living with the 45-200mm but I'm seeing times where having the wide view of the 14-140mm would be very nice.

I'm wondering what comes with the 14-140's "HD" badging? I know it has near slient autofocus...is there more? would it be noticeably faster in AF for moving subjects than the 45-200mm in video?

If you had a choice between the two which would you get?

I try to do a 50/50 mix of video and stills. I'm using a GH2. My other lenses are the 14-42mm kit, PL 25mm and a Nikon 50mm f/1.8.

I have the 14-140, but not the 45-200. It works very well for video with that range. I also have the 45-175z which is nice since it's internal zooming, so you can get very smooth zooms.

Both lenses will keep up in AF just fine.
