Me and my two bandidos went to the woods today on a photo trip. There was light rain most of the but we had some dry weather once in a while.
I was shooting the D700, my son a D200 and daughter the E-PL3
We had a wonderful time for sure!

Here's a few of shots of my M43 shooter

The rest of my set from today can be seen on my flickr here

Thats a pretty cool thing you have going on mate, you get to go out and shoot AND spend time with your kids whilst doing it, and what's more....your kids are participants who have some degree of understanding and interest. Great :)

Thanks Livnius. I do feel blessed because we have so many good hours together...
They have both been shooting with me since they were about 4 starting with PS cams. My son haven't been shooting the last year or so but now he's on the wagon again :D

++1. She looked very comfortable with the camera, very intense as a photographer and she produced some fine photos. Looked like the perfect camera for her. Great way to be involved with your kids - keep it up. :2thumbs:

The world through the eyes of a child, I love them. She's got a good eye. Well done!

Wow! You are so lucky to have your children enjoy photography as you do. I am pretty impressed with her shots! I am expected my first child in November so this is something I'd like to do as well.

Wow, very nice photos by your daughter!

My daughter is 3 and a half now, and I have been waiting for a long time to take her on a photo walk with me. At least she's somewhat interested in playing with my cameras now, even though they are a litte too big for her tiny little hands. I am thinking about getting her a P&S when she's a little older... Only problem is that she can only compose with an eye-piece (OVF or EVF) but not with the LCD display, and P&S with built-in EVF or OVF don't come cheap...

Many thanks... Congrats, you must be exited

Thanks a lot. My daughter didn't like the E-PL3 until I got the VF-2, she was spoiled by DSLR
You'll be surprised how fast they lean, you'll have a lot great times with her for sure
