Greg and I had so much fun snowshoeing to Phelps Lake in Grand Teton National Park. It was a cold but beautiful day. It took us a bit longer to hike than we thought it would and we almost missed a beautiful sunset. The outlet to the lake was so beautiful and fun to photograph.

As I am old and not in the best shape, the OM-D E-M5 kit that I own has become my favorite hiking companion because of it's light weight. All these were taken with that camera.

I love constructive criticism as all of these were pretty heavily post processed.

6 This was the light on the Grand Teton as we finished our hike. We were not in a good spot to get a photo of the entire range, so I had to settle for a close up of the peak.

They are all very nice, but I especially like the first and last. Where did you take the panorama from? The light is just magnificent.

Took this from the side of the road on the main highway through the area. We didn't have time to find a better vantage.

Lovely images Terri...really like that 3rd shot.
They look like some epic mountains.

Is his the region that contains the famous "Jackson Hole" ski resort ?
A mountain very high up on my snowboarding 'must ride' bucket list.

Indeed; Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is at the south end of the Tetons, just outside the town of Jackson. A real expert's hill.

Really nice images. I think they would look nice printed large and hanging in an office. They speak of calmness and rest.

Yes, we could see the ski hill from our hike. They are definitely epic mountains....some of the most photographed in the country. It's beautiful there.

Thank you, Bob. We love going there.

Thanks, Roger. It was very calm and peaceful while we were there. I love the area....except in the middle of the summer when it is full of many, many tourists.
