patio/tree frog

    I usually find tree frogs under my grill cover. I think they were a bit slow from the cold today - this guy stuck around to pose for a couple photos. My wife had a body and lenses out and about, so had to take these with my 14mm on the E-P3.

    I love the similarities in texture between the ground and the frog. Great couple of shots.

    It's cool how he's looking right back at you. Whenever I'm up close and personal with a creature, I always wonder what's going through their minds.
