Panasonic repair - I'm impressed

    My GF3 LCD screen was becoming unbonded (or so it appeared) from the edges. I'm going away in 3 weeks so was a little apprehensive about sending it off for repair.

    I posted it to DKAVS (who deal with Panasonic UK warranty repairs) on Thursday, got an email on Friday to say it had been received, got an email on Monday to say it had been fixed and it arrived on Tuesday with a new screen.

    I'm very impressed - I can't see how they could have done better, other than it not going wrong in the first place. :thumbup:

    I just tried them out, and agree. Very good on-boarding, communications and effecient status updates. !

    I'm new to Panasonic cameras, and while my recently purchased used G2 is in fine shape, it's great to know they're backing their products!
