Guessing you were just looking for a lower price on the v2 for the weather sealing, so I wanted to mention I found one on the grey market a few months ago for less than a typical eBay price, even one from Japan. It was $409 USD total- free shipping, no tax.

I never had v1, but I can tell you the rubber seal on the lens mount is more robust than any other weather sealed lens I have (Oly 8mm f1.8 fisheye, Oly 12-40mm & Lumix 35-100 f2.8, Sigma 56mm f1.4). With some of those other ones you ask "is there really a seal there?"? With the the 25mm f1.4 v2 there's no question.
