Will my Panasonic 14-140 lens work well on a EM5? I am concerned if it will be stabilized and any other problems you might know.

  2. It should work. The OIS can be controlled using the switch independently of the IBIS, just don't have both on at the same time.

Doesn't the E-M5 automatically turn off the IBIS if the OIS is engaged on a Lumix lens?

No, it does not. The body does not understand lens OIS, so it cannot enable/disable it. This also means that lenses that have OIS but no switch to turn it on/off will always have OIS disabled on the E-M5.

  5. If you have the "Half Way Rls With IS" turned on in the menus (Gears "C") and the lens OIS turned at the same time you can actually see the two systems fighting each other. If you have only one IS system engaged, and particularly the IBIS, the preview looks much smoother.
