While the industry is pumping out new fresh camera bodies, Im thinking...
When my trusty E-p3 and PL25 gives me photos like this, I really cant complain.
Infact, I see no reason for any upgrade whatsoever, except GAS
f/1.4 - 1/50s iso200 indoor, dim light

That is a great shot, the main thing that I want though is the OMD's amazing IBIS.

Truly among the most beautiful buildings I've seen. Built in 1891 and designed by architects Mifflin E. Bell & William A. Freret in the Romanesque Revival style of architecture...

Saw the birdie fly past me and was REALLY hoping I captured him!

Shot this last night just after sunset. This is Masjid Wilayah in Kuala Lumpur. In the background are the KL Twin Towers. A bonus is the Malaysian national flag projected on the building just to the right of the mosque.

For the first time I tried the technique of Exposing to the right and it seems to have worked. This was shot on my OMD with PL25mm. I overexposed by 2 stops. It's much easier to recover the highlights in LR5 than to recover the shadows. I used my new normal technique which I have learned from +Serge Ramelli and then reduced the exposure by 2 stops. If you've not watch Serge's LR tutorials I thoroughly recommend them. They have brought new life to many of my old photos.

Check out this photo and others at my new +SmugMug gallery. Richard Ella Photography
