Read their return policy before ordering. It's not horrible, but it's definitely not as good as B&H or Adorama, or even Amazon.
I don't know about that. Never had to return anything though. Bought E-M5, E-PM2, GX7, some lenses from them before. Good thing is they don't collect tax on NY.
