    Very tempting.

Feels very similar to the GF1: solid. Slightly smaller. The grip is a VERY nice improvement. The controls are very familiar.

I made the right choice getting a used GF1. It will give me an appreciation for the GX1.

My GF1 is still a competent instrument.

The GX1, at Samys, is very tempting, because of the "no tax" weekend deal.

    I will wait longer.

I just bought a GX-1 from Adorama. It should have it tomorrow.

I didn't buy it off the website. I made my purchase the old fashion way. I called their 800 number early Sunday morning. They shipped it Monday as an overnight delivery. I got a confirmation and tracking number Monday afternoon.

Panasonic indeed improved their distribution and inventory dramatically compared to just a few months ago. Nikon 1 and Nex-7 are the best things that happened to m43 this year. I hope the next step for m43 will be competing on price to expand user base
