Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these. I have bought a G3 purely for Timelapse work as its a cracking camera for the money and obviously being that the standard battery will not last, I was thinking of getting a DMW-DCC9 and using an RC 8.4v battery adapted to fit this Coupler. Now I dont mind swapping batteries, but if I am in the middle of a timelapse and the battery dies I will be gutted, hence why I need a larger capacity to overcome this worry.

I have read in the past (cant remember where) this being done on a GH2, which is why I fancy trying it out, but just wondered if anyone has had experience with this on a G3. I imagine the principle is identical.

If I could turn the LCD and EVF like you can with the LCD on the GF1 I would have no need to use the coupler,
