Panasonic CM1 Android RAWsumer drops to $429
Has manual control and RAW
At that price it becomes moderately tempting even as a standalone camera.
They are actually selling a CM10 in Japan which is a data only CM1 with the phone calling disabled. I actually never turned my CM1 into my main phone, out of sheer laziness during my "tryout" period. But because it's a phone, it actually fits perfectly in a pocket right alongside another phone.
I of course use my big cameras whenever I have them, but sometimes you just want to go uber light. And sometimes this serves as my short lens together with a long focal length prime on a camera. As much as I should, I often don't bring even my small mirrorless cameras, particularly in the warm seasons, so the CM1 helps me make sure I have something on hand.

I think they were $379 over the Cyber Monday sale at B&H just to get a baseline on how low they sold for.
I saw quite a few new CM1 users on dpr when they had that sale, so it must have worked. February is also a big sale season. After this, I don't know how low it will go until the next holiday season. The recent CM10 in Japan announcement suggests they're hoping for smartphone afterlife sales as a data-enabled compact camera.
