Miles,
Thanks for posting these. I have wondered what that lens would produce.
I used to see things like that in the 60's but now I'm a grand pop so I'll just look at your photos....

I'd be interested to see what it looks like after using (for instance) the Lens Correction in Lightroom ; and also what that means in terms of "usable" field of view, undistorted. Nice 'shrooms, though ;-)

Lovely pictures and thanks for sharing!

I absolutely agree with Gwendal; have you done a rectilinear conversion yet?

{EDIT}

I Hope you don't mind, but I have taken the liberty of converting one of your photographs and starting a thread over at Image works

Many thanks,
AK

Wow, I'm really impressed with this lens - great colors and super sharp.

Wow - how I have not posted to this yet. Here are some of my shots with the Panny 8mm - fantastic lens.

Thanks for posting! I love a good FE, but there are so many other lenses to buy right now. This one goes on the wish list.

Usually fisheye lenses are unflattering for woman, but this shot is really cute...and the model too! :wink:

Greetings!
Pretty new here and I have not had the chance to post much yet but I wanted to jump in here as the 8mm Fisheye is one of my favorite lenses. Most (not all) of my photography focus is based on underwater photography where wide angle is very important.

Hope you enjoy, C&C is always welcome. Any questions on the gear or techniques just let me know.
