A few shots from the Shuttleworth RAF 100 Airshow 6th of May this year. Apologies for any dust spots! I should add that apart from image three (which has been cropped only), they are SOOC.

Version 1. I thought this lens was supposed to be awful at 200, especially wide open. People keep posting that.... "Avoid this lens!" they say. Seems fine to me.

Haven't used this lens for a year or two, thought I'd dust it off and see how it performs on the E-M1, a little frustrating catching birds with centre-focus (I'm guessing the green-on-green and leaf reflections threw the AF a bit) but I haven't done this in many years so I need to get some more practise.

Strangely enough, I find myself stuck at home, looking at the birdies in the garden...

Some blossom (and a bee). Optimum conditions, not at full zoom, good light, f/8, low ISO, fast shutter, what's not to like!
