Monkey Eating a Coconut in Bali's Monkey Temple Complex. Taken with a G7 at 200mm (It is evident that the lens is no longer sharp at 200mm.)

Shot in the hotel grounds where we were staying in The Gambia on a G3, I was never really happy with the lens sharpness at 200, but I did manage a few keepers before selling it.

Moonrise (E-PL7/45-200). Not entirely sure if I posted this before.

I've got the new (weather sealed) version as part of my new G80 kit. Must that one in a new thread, or mix them up with this older one ? Anyway, after a few shots: blazing fast autofocus and very sharp. 400mm, hand held, dual IS with G80 ofcourse.

Thanks for posting this Peter and this seems to be the only image I have seen using the new mk2 lens!?

Funnily enough I posted this Panasonic 45-200mm mk2 on the Native Lens thread the other day and had no replies.. so unless mk2 users are hiding they must be something fairly rare at the moment..

Does seem impressively sharp though especially as its wide open. A very encouraging first image..

As someone who did own the mk1 and is considering purchasing the mk2 would love to see some more images if you have time?

Thanks

I only have some test shots in the garden... bought my new set yesterday. This one is wide open, 109mm, 2nd one also 200mm, 5.6, no post processing and default panasonic settings (standard).
