Always delighted about the image quality I'm getting from this inexpensive, tiny, and lightweight lens. Here are some raindrops in front of a fantastic intense rainbow. Had to tell my team mates to pause our meeting because I had to take that shot :D

I almost had a bout of GAS last week and bought an Oly 40-150 pro, Then I looked at the photos I've taken with this lens and resisted the temptation of some retail therapy. This lens is always in my bag when I go on a hike and in decent light I think it can produce great photos.

Glad to see some discussion about a lens that gets little respect.
I think this and the Panasonic 45-200, which I own, are both very good if you are looking for light, inexpensive telephoto lenses.
I think they're a better value than the $99 Olympus 45-150 R (or whatever it is). I sold my copy for $50 or something.

Space on my gear shelf has value to me.

I’ve had this lens for some years and have no wish to replace it with anything more fancy. Great lens at the price and used in good light.

I’ve abandoned my 12-40mm pro lens temporarily and now carry my Panasonic 45-150mm f4-5.6 attached permanently to my em 10 as it suits my subject matter covering any family portraits to travel and anything of interest covered by its range.

Some unposed grabbed sample images
