After a disappointing wait for an Ebay purchase that did not materialize, my second attempt succeeded and my new PL35-100 f2.8 came in today!
I am not disappointed at all with this lens. I had no chance yet to take many pictures (it's cold as hell outside and I don't want to walk around). I did take a couple of quick shots and the lens seems to be quite good  The IQ is excellent and the AF is super fast! I now have both, the PL12-35 and the PL35-100. I think I made a good decision in getting these 2 lenses even though it meant sacrificing a PL25f1.4 as well as a number of other pretty nice Pany and Oly zooms...

I also took these quick shots with the 35-100 just looking around the room to see how it did...

If I hadn't got hooked on primes, these two lenses, plus the 7-14 or 9-18 and the Sammy 7.5 FE would be my complete outfit.

I know how it is with primes. I still have the 17f1.8 as well as a number of adapted lenses. The native primes are awesome and I might purchase more in the future, but for actual shooting I find the zooms much more versatile. Maybe it's just me but changing lenses can be a real PITA and may shots get missed... And these 2 zooms are actually quite good and fast!

BTW, the pictures above were taken with a Voigtlander 35mm f2.5 and a Canon 50mm f1.4

If I could have only two lenses it would be the 12-35 and the 35-100. :)

Nice! Got one as well on this forum, and unfortunately no one was home when it was delivered, so have to wait to go to Post Office this weekend to pick it up. I also just recently bought a used 12-35 F2.8 Panny, which is a great lens. We have similar set ups- the 12-35 is on the GX-7 most of the time, while my E-M5 takes the longer zooms. I really have to sell off some of my other zooms and primes now that i have these two, but I always find some other justification for them. Another three months of use, or lack thereof, now that i have the 2 Panny zooms, will determine which stays and which goes. Can't wait to shoot with the 35-100.

LOL! I too had to go to the post office to get it. I could hardly wait until after 11 am to go there. Of course, once I got to the post office I found the dreariest and most "institutional" post office I've seen so far. Man, it looked like a jail! Barbed wired everywhere, fences and insufficient parking in a blustery grey day....
