They're all great, but I like number 3 the most. Something 'intriguing' about it.

Very nice images. I am looking at this lens for shooting horse competitions but it appears equally nice for this sort of imagery. The black and white is exceptionally beautiful.

A question. The P100-300 is not a fast lens. Did you use high iso or a tripod with low iso?

Thank you all for the kind replies!

caimi - these were taken handheld, ISO 1250 and lately with the 100-300mm I am using OIS, not the great IBIS on the OM-D.

PS: I really need to setup my tripod to get sharper pictures. I am not the most stable guy when I am taking pictures.

Thank you Bob - While I don't have a ton of experience with this lens yet, I really enjoy it.

Colours are great and looks sharp to me. CC? Just watch your BG.

I don't recall, is this an internally zooming lens or a Pinocchio?

That camera (no exif) has great potential, nice clean images - or did you denoise?

Thanks Mark! The 100-300 is a Pinocchio for sure.

    CC?

    BG?

    Can you explain? :2thumbs:

Pinocchio kills it for me, the bugs run away from fast approaching objects - stealth is necessary.

CC? Comment and Criticism. Just thought the top right corner on #1 could have been accounted for, no big deal.

    BG? BackGround - as above + ... :)

***And the cam you used? What was it?

Sorry - now it makes sense.:2thumbs:

1 - OM-D - How do you denoise? I am not there yet.

2 - I can see why it may not work for most. I took the picture with the lamp shade, because to me in the picture it kind of looks like a "direct" light source which it is not if you see the lamp. If that makes sense.

3 - background. Again, you are right. I think I was walking into the kitchen to make us some tea and saw my cameras on the couch. Picked it up and decided to take some shots, just for the sake of taking a few pictures. I just can't believe how much I am into "taking" pictures since I purchased my G3 Xmas 2011. Anyway, uploaded the pictures to LR to see how they looked (the room was very dim for the 100-300) and liked how well they came out. I wasn't really thinking about composition or BG. I realize these pictures are not worthy of a photo forum, but knowing how tolerant mu43 is I took my chances.

I do appreciate you commenting in one of my threads - it does mean a lot. I have a lot of respect for your work. Thanks for the CC!!

    I cropped the top.

Also if you click on the flickr link the info is there, although it would make sense to include it here.:drinks:
