How many of you own this Tripod Collar/Ring?

I ordered it last night... Wanted to hear your feedback on it.

    TIA

Do you really need it? I sometimes use nothing but the 100-300 all day and never had any issues.

Here's an earlier post of mine on the collar.

I've ordered that collar from the independent german manufacturer and I have only good things to say about it.
I'm very happy with the purchase and the collar.
Very fast shippment and good quality collar. It is very well made and with a high attention to the detail.
It even comes with printed instructions and advice.

    Recommended!

There's not a fine line differentiation between a need and a want.

    That being said...

I thought it would be awkward to tripod an e-pm2 with 100-300 without a tripod ring.

Jnewell, I read your helpful thread....it actually shows up if you google 100-300mm tripod collar. So I ordered it from the same source. 75 euros.
    Thank you

Makes sense. Although I use it on my epl-1 as well on a tripod sometimes but maybe the epm2 is really tiny.
