Panasonic Lumix DC-S5 Camera Body
This open box, like new camera was purchased new from B&H Photo & Video (an authorized Panasonic dealer) in late June 2021. Listing includes all original equipment, such as the camera body, body cap, strap, battery, charger, USB charging cord, charging inverter, instructional manual, and the original box. I decided to keep my overall photography kit a bit more pared down and ultimately do not need this Panasonic S5 camera body. I'm unsure of the shutter count, but I imagine I didn't take more than 50 to 100 images with it.

Though I made my decision past the 30 day return window, my loss is your gain as I'm selling this body as new, with the warranty still valid and unclaimed, for 25% discount off the current MSRP ($1,999) and a 10% discount off the recently ended promotional sale price ($1,699).

Panasonic 12-32mm f3.5-5.6 Collapsible Zoom (Silver) Lens (Metal Bayonet Mounting Ring)
Excellent plus (optical) and good (cosmetic) condition. Note in images that a portion of the outer zoom ring was bumped against a table during use and deformed the zoom ring slightly such that it has rubs the extending portion a bit during opening and closing the collapsing mechanism. It does not degrade image quality and the zoom mechanism is still acceptably fluid.

Quick update. Due to the dramatic decline in buy/sell activity on this mu-43 and the Fred Miranda forums over recent months, I have received suitable quotes from multiple resellers and I am packing up 8 of the 11 items to ship off to KEH and MPB on Tuesday.

After that only the S5, the 85mm prime (both L Mount), and the 100-300mm II (and tripod collar) will remain and will still be sold directly from me (though likely either via eBay or the Amazon marketplace…though I will post links herewith once available).

I really appreciate all of you with whom I have engaged on this forum over the years. It has been such a thoughtfully curated and wonderful photography hobby community. Since I started in digital photography with my first m43 gear (OM-D E-M5, P14 f2.5, P20 f1.7, O45 f1.8) in 2012 for the birth of my second child, I have loved not just the creativity of the photography and videography journey, but also the buying and selling of gear which allowed me to celebrate and enjoy the engineering and ergonomics of all of these great cameras and lenses. It was almost like long term rentals with only modest depreciation when I bought used or open box and eventually resold them in remaining excellent to like new condition. It was as if we all shared in the wealth of these engineering marvels.

But the buy/sell market is much less active and has become less fun and more stressful for me as of late. Fortunately, I have also become more comfortable with my wants and needs from a photography and videography standpoint and have found a really ideal set of 3 bodies (from very small to very large) and 6 lenses (3 zooms and 3 primes) which cover the full frame equivalent of 20mm - 400mm (but up to more like 600mm with over 20 MP of resolution remaining after cropping the S1r 47 MP sensor).

So I hope to soon visit this buy/sell forum much less (if at all) and visit the discussion and image sharing forums much more, along with spending much more time making meaningful images of our amazing world.
