I searched and got no answer, so I'm going to ask does the PDAF in CAF mode on the EM1 improve the AF speed when used with the slowish 20 1.7 or other slow AF lenses?

AF with 20 1.7 on Panasonic bodies (AF mode will be switched to AFS, no AFC) is usually much better than on Olympus, however would the EM1 and P20 make a better pack?

I have the 20mm f1.7 and both GH4 and EM1 bodies. TBH, I don't think there's enough difference to even write about it.

Occasionally I'd say the EM1 is marginally faster, other times the GH4 is faster. I think it's down to the scene and how far out it is when you start.
